Ai Forms & Quizzes ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ai Forms & Quizzes iOS app (the "App"). This policy explains how we access, use, store, and protect your Google account data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

The App requests access to your Google account for the following purposes:

• View Google Forms:

  • Scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body.readonly

  • Data Accessed: See all Google Forms in your account.

• Create & Edit Google Forms:

  • Scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body

  • Data Accessed: Create, edit, and manage Google Forms in your account.

• Save Forms to Google Drive:

  • Scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

  • Data Accessed: Save forms created in the App directly to your Google Drive.

• Form Responses Management:

  • Scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly

  • Data Accessed: View and download responses to Google Forms you create or manage.

Non-Google Data:

• App usage analytics (e.g., features used, session duration) to improve functionality.
  
  

2. How We Use Your Data

• Google Forms Functionality:

  • View, create, edit, and save forms to your Google Drive.

  • Retrieve and display form responses you’ve collected.

• Improvements:

  • Analyze anonymized usage data to enhance app performance.

We do NOT:

• Sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties.

• Use your data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Google Data:

  • Stored securely on Google’s servers (Forms and Drive). We only access it temporarily during app use.

• App Data:

  • Local storage on your device (e.g., cached forms for offline access).

4. Data Sharing

• With Google:

  • Data is shared only through Google’s APIs to perform the actions you authorize (e.g., saving forms to Drive).

• Third Parties:

  • No third-party sharing unless required by law (e.g., legal subpoena).
    
    
    

5. Your Control Over Data

• Revoke Access:

  • Manage permissions via your Google Account Security Settings.

  • Delete account data by uninstalling the App or contacting us at support@ai-forms.cyou.

• Opt Out:

  • Disable analytics tracking in the App’s settings.
    
    

6. Policy Updates

We will notify you via email or in-app alerts if we change how we handle Google user data.
